These two Solar panels and regulator say they were made in 2003 and obviously offer about a third of the power density of modern panels. They seem to be amorphous and rated at 64W. They could be used for some non-critical remote area power hungry telemetry operation or to keep batteries topped up in a remote unpowered shed.
